James Jones, Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs by former Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs Tim Wirth, former Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbot, former Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Thomas Pickering, former Deputy Secretary of State John Negroponte and former Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs Frank Loy.
